What it does:
The Timid Gengar killer of BL teir. After one Dragon Dance, Feraligatr will be outspeeding all Base +Speed 110's including Timid Gengar as long as they are not wearing a Choice Scarf. Substitue on the switch and Dragon Dance while they brake the sub. Sweep from there. 228 EV's in HP give it maximum Leftovers recovery.
Always put Dragon Dance and Substitue on this set. Choose Waterfall if you want STAB, Ice Punch for the Dragons and in some cases Gyarados, Focus Punch rips through anything Super Effective to it. Earthquake is an other choice if you'd want to use that.
How to beat it:
In OU, if Feraligatr isn't hoilding Ice Punch, Gyarados walls it successfully. Any defensive Pokemon with Roar/Whirlwind like Skarmory and Phaze it out. In BL anything faster than Feraligatr and take it on and KO it. Just watch out though, Feraligatr CAN take a Physical hit and still have enough HP to sub.
